Belrose Capital was founded on the premise that there is significant opportunity to create value within the specialty finance and real estate sectors. While traditional investment banks concentrate on underwriting existing companies, Belrose Capital focuses on advising on company formation, as well as on capital raises in order to bring platform entities to the next level.

We believe the key components for successful, new companies currently exist independent of each other.
