Scott Silver
Chairman

Mr. Silver has 30 years of experience on Wall Street, with particular expertise as an advisor in the practices of M&A, capital fundraising, debt, credit facilities, REITs, and private equity. He has raised or been an advisor on over $1.5 billion of transactions since 2005. Mr. Silver is skilled at sourcing capital and identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to match companies with the appropriate capital resources. Prior to founding Belrose Capital, Mr. Silver was General Partner at The Sapphire Group, a boutique merchant bank, where he launched the group's specialty finance/REIT practice. Prior to joining the Sapphire Group, Mr. Silver spent 20 years at large Wall Street investment banks, including UBS, Warburg Dillon Read, Paine Webber, and Lehman Brothers.

Jeri N. Henoch
Partner

Ms. Henoch has focused on creating comprehensive investment materials and business plans for new clients, as well as sourcing strategic partnership opportunities for existing clients. Prior to joining Belrose Capital, Ms. Henoch managed business planning, project development, and sales and marketing for a start-up luxury vacation home ownership development company. Before this, Ms. Henoch oversaw the integrated marketing division of KCSA Strategic Communications, a New-York based Investor Relations, Public Relations and Marketing firm. Ms. Henoch began her career in the fine art market, coordinating sales of Impressionist and Modern Art at Christie's, and later founding an independent contemporary art brokerage and promotions firm. Ms. Henoch has a BA from Duke University.

Bob Waun
Principal

Bob Waun is an expert in second home and resort finance. He has advised major lenders in creating a high yielding seller financed mortgage portfolio and has personally originated over $1 billion in residential mortgages during his 20+ year career. Bob has worked for large banks such as Wells Fargo and smaller boutique banks in the development of new consumer loan programs for condo hotel, fractional, resort condominium and timeshare projects. Mr. Waun currently serves as CEO of America's first second-home lender, Americor Mortgage/Vacation Finance, a consumer mortgage and finance company dedicated to reinventing and rethinking the future of housing and resort financing. In this capacity, he has worked closely with a private debt fund, senior bank lenders, and equity sources to design and write new financing programs. Under his direction, Americor Mortgage/Vacation Finance has worked out over $500mm in condo construction loan debt using its proprietary loan strategy.

Mr. Waun is a popular speaker in the resort industry, is a founding board member of NACHO — The National Association of Condo Hotel Owners, and a Chairman's club member of ARDA — The American Resort Developer's Association. He currently sits on the Boards of Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel Real Estate, Condo Coalition, Ligon/Krsge Eye Research Institute, Volvo Ocean Sailboat Race, and the Birmingham City (MI) Principal Shopping District Board. Mr. Waun holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in finance/economics. He has authored numerous articles and white papers on finance and real estate, as well as the book “Besting: Better Nesting” (2006).

James Ferrante
Vice President - Healthcare

Mr. Ferrante has 15 years of experience in project directing in the private capitalization markets. Prior to consulting for Belrose Capital, Mr. Ferrante served as Senior Project Manager at Healthnet of the Northeast, a $1.4 billion division of Healthnet Inc., a publicly traded health insurance carrier with $15 billion in annual sales. In this capacity, Mr. Ferrante championed executive level steering and tactical committees, was contributing author for the divisions annual business plan, was instrumental in Healthnet’s $120 million acquisition of the Guardian Life Insurance membership book of business, and championed all new product launches within Healthnet’s small business segment.

Prior to Healthnet, Mr. Ferrante was a Director at Virtel Networks in Stamford CT, a startup technology company with 10 patents in converging technical applications between television and the Internet. There, he was responsible for structuring private equity opportunities, forming the advisory board of directors, and developing business partnerships. Before joining Virtel, Mr. Ferrante served as Content Director for Intercapital Holdings Corp., a private equities firm focused on bridge loan, private placement, and IPO finance structuring, with controlling interests in 3 financial websites, a finance-related television program, and a finance-related radio show. Mr. Ferrante is a graduate of the University of New Haven flight training program, with a concentration in Aviation Sciences and Business Management.

Sean Waters
Vice President

Prior to joining Belrose Capital, Mr. Waters was a partner at The Sapphire Group, a boutique merchant bank that operated within the specialty finance/REIT and healthcare industries. While at The Sapphire Group, Mr. Waters worked closely with Mr. Silver to facilitate the closing of several acquisitions. Before joining The Sapphire Group, Mr. Waters served as a senior financial analyst at Johnson and Johnson. Mr. Waters holds a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.S. from Temple University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
